We are seeking an experienced dispute resolution counsel to lead our Brazil legal team. This role will focus on managing and coordinating complex litigation matters across Brazil, providing strategic legal support to business operations.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigation expert with a proven track record in handling high-stakes cases, demonstrating both legal acumen and sound business judgment.

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of dispute resolution, arbitration, and pre-dispute actions in Brazil, including civil, commercial, consumer, and labor matters.
• Provide strategic advice and develop effective dispute resolution strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to assess dispute risks and support preventative measures.

• Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Proven experience handling complex civil or commercial disputes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Native-level Portuguese and advanced English language skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
• Experience working in or advising technology-driven companies is a plus.
