Opportunity
The Enablement Process & Curriculum Operations Manager leads the operational backbone behind SalesSparx's internal training systems, documentation structure, and methodology governance.
This professional maintains the single source of truth for internal processes, training curricula, templates, and onboarding structures. They ensure consultants follow the right learning paths, have access to accurate materials, and that our methodologies (SVS, FUSE GTM, consulting workflows) remain organized, structured, and current.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on execution, documentation discipline, and content operations, in additional to management responsibilities. In the short term this person will develop the content to support our operational process and over time will build up its own team.
