We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Brazil. This role is focused on ensuring smooth logistics operations, strong partner performance, and a reliable delivery experience. You will work closely with carriers, pharmacies, and internal teams to solve issues, manage daily operations, and support continuous improvements. Responsibilities Monitor daily performance of logistics partners and share KPI updates with internal teams. Support leadership in carrier negotiations by providing operational data and performance insights. Act as the main contact for carriers and the CX team to resolve delivery issues quickly. Manage critical delivery cases by coordinating with internal teams and carriers to avoid escalations. Make decisions on reshipments, new delivery attempts, and order cancellations together with pharmacies and partners. Maintain accurate delivery information in internal systems (tracking numbers, links, status updates). Support logistics improvement initiatives, including testing new partners, adjusting order allocation, and building monitoring processes. Qualifications Intermediate to advanced English. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations, ideally in fast-paced or tech-driven environments. Good understanding of logistics operations and partner management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze operational data. Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP, logistics systems, or BI tools is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset and comfort working with teams in different countries.
