- Realizar prospecção e contato a clientes e aplicadores;
- Visitar clientes e aplicadores;
- Atender a clientes no balcão, por telefone e e-mail e Whatsapp;
- Elaborar orçamentos, conclusão de vendas e acompanhamento de pós-vendas;
- Divulgar novos produtos e promoções;
- Registrar contatos ativos;
- Pré-atender garantias e procedimentos de devolução;
- Registrar itens consultados indisponíveis no sistema;
- Na ausência do estoquista receber, descarregar, conferir, armazenar, separar, carregar, despachar mercadorias
- Transmitir ao gerente informações recebidas sobre práticas da concorrência;
- Verificar / Conferir incidência de Impostos inerentes à operação de responsabilidade do cliente e informá-lo.
