We are looking for a Client Partner, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, on-site, in the city of São Paulo. In this role you will: Lead RFP participation and wins for new clients and projects. Build trust and credibility with clients at technical and executive levels. Develop strategic account plans and pipeline for targeted clients. Coordinate onshore/offshore teams, partners, and internal departments. Estimate effort, costs, and timelines for complex projects. Engage with C-Level executives and influence decision-making. Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements. RFP Expertise: Experience in proposal design and bid management. Executive Relationship Management: Ability to engage C-Level stakeholders. Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate multiple teams and partners. Financial Acumen: Cost estimation, contract negotiation, revenue targets.
