Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Brazil to support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across engineering, data, cloud, and emerging tech domains. This is a fully remote position, collaborating with global hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and technical communities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are tracked
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or IT staffing
- Strong understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and QA
- Experience sourcing candidates for remote and global roles
- Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in Latin America or global markets
- Knowledge of modern tech stacks (Java, Python, React, Cloud platforms, DevOps tools, etc.)
- Prior experience in agency or fast-paced startup environments
